TIPS:

Soak the loofah getting softer and massage in circular movements towards the heart, but if you want the loofah to retain some texture and scrubbing ability, just wet it slightly before proceeding.

Properly scrub your body with a loofah in circular motions that help remove dead skin cells and is gentler on your skin than scrubbing up and down, especially on your arms, back, legs and torso to scrub, not recommendation for Facial Exfoliation especially Sensitive Skin.

You can exfoliate every 3 to 7 days to keep your body free of dead skin cells, apply a moisturizing cream immediately after exfoliation.

NOTE:

1.  Rinse your loofah after each use.  Use hot clean water, making sure all the soap is gone.  Soap left in the loofah could begin to smell.  Squeeze and shake out excess water.

2.  Dry the loofah completely between uses.  Put it in a place with good circulation so it can dry completely.  Store your loofah pad on a hook outside of the shower.  Placing in near a vent of fan can also help it dry out quickly.

3.  Replace your loofah every three to four weeks.
